About the Role
As a Customer Support Advocate, you’ll handle customer queries and aim to deliver a one-touch resolution experience. You’ll work closely with users via chat, email, or phone, while participating in team meetings, 1:1s, and company-wide learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

Assist users throughout their journey on Taskrabbit’s dual-sided marketplace

Efficiently resolve user issues via live channels, meeting KPIs for satisfaction, productivity, and accuracy

Build trust and go above and beyond to ensure a timely and appropriate first-time resolution

Proactively support users to deliver exceptional service
-
Take initiative in solving issues using sound judgment
-
Identify patterns and provide feedback across teams
-
Respond to new and urgent challenges with efficiency
-
Be a customer advocate by identifying needs and driving improvements
-
Perform other customer support duties as needed
Skills & Experience
-
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (handling complex issues)
-
Familiarity with CRM tools preferred
-
Excellent customer service qualities: empathy, courtesy, efficiency, confidence
-
Strong typing and tech navigation skills
-
Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
-
Excellent verbal and written communication (grammar and spelling proficiency)

Strong time management and reliability
-
Comfortable with multitasking, ambiguity, and cross-team collaboration
-
Full-time availability (40 hrs/week), including weekends and holidays
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $17.50/hour
Total compensation includes: base pay + bonus + benefits + perks
