Position Summary
Customer Care is loanDepot’s escalation team that acts on behalf of its CEO. This team is responsible for representing loanDepot in inquiries or complaints related to the loan origination process and the technology used to navigate that process.

Responsibilities
- 
Properly manage all escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and compliments related to the loan origination process.
 - 
Review, investigate, and respond to Alleged UDAAP and Fair and Responsible Lending complaints, including Appraisal/Appraiser bias complaints.
 - 
Ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution from the loan originations team, providing timely communication to customers.
 - 
Escalate issues as required with a focus on customer retention and service.
 - 
Screen inquiring consumers for LDLG qualifications before directing them to Sales leadership to ensure a seamless experience.
 - 
Collaborate with IT to identify system improvements and recurring issues.
 - 
Document customer technology issues in the ticketing system (ServiceNow).
 - 
Document customer issues in the Customer Care complaint management system (Microsoft Dynamics 365).

The base pay for this role ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour. Actual pay depends on your job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
