Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care, continence care, pressure area care, mobility, and nutrition support.

• Support individuals with mobility and physical tasks to promote independence.

• Implement and follow personalised care plans for each resident.

• Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes via the Care App.

• Engage clients in social activities to encourage companionship and well-being.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations during all care activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential.

• Experience in a care home or similar care setting is advantageous but not required.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Demonstrates dedication, patience, understanding, and reliability.

• Basic IT skills for record-keeping (training provided during induction).

• A compassionate nature with a strong commitment to high-quality care.
