Job Description

Nexus Care Services is seeking Carers available to work evenings (4pm – 10pm) and/or some weekends.

Work locations include Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, and Lichfield.

You can earn premium pay rates from £12.85 up to £25.70 per hour while making a meaningful difference in the community by promoting independence to the elderly and vulnerable.

The recruitment process is quick, and the team will guide you through recruitment and training so you can start earning as soon as possible.

Your role will involve providing person-centred care to clients, following structured care plans in line with CQC regulations.

There is also a £100 refer-a-friend scheme rewarding both you and your friend when they successfully join the team.

Requirements

• A driving licence and access to your own car

• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the care industry; however, full training and support are provided if you are new to care

• A strong drive and passion to care for others and improve their lives
