Key Responsibilities of the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the physical infrastructure of healthcare facilities across multiple locations, including Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Wycombe General Hospital, and other community properties.
Core Duties:

Perform skilled maintenance and repairs in your core trade (electrical, plumbing, or carpentry) ensuring safety and compliance with NHS standards.

Carry out planned preventative maintenance inspections and commissioning tests as per scheduled requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex faults using technical knowledge and cause-effect analysis.
