Role Overview: Events Assistant / Executive

Join LCP’s dynamic Business Development team as an Events Assistant / Executive, contributing to the planning, management, and execution of impactful events that align with the firm’s growth and marketing strategies. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with high-profile corporate events, conferences, webinars, and client hospitality programs.

You will work closely with the Events Manager, supporting a diverse calendar of events and gradually taking ownership of smaller initiatives. Key Responsibilities of the Events Assistant

Supporting End-to-End Event Management

  • Assist in organising a wide variety of events including conferences, seminars, roundtables, webinars, and corporate hospitality.

  • Participate throughout the entire event lifecycle, from initial venue scouting and invitation management to post-event feedback collection and analysis.

Event Logistics Coordination

  • Manage logistical arrangements such as venue bookings, catering, transportation, and accommodation.

Stakeholder Communication & Administration

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Event Management Experience

  • Previous experience in event coordination or support roles is highly desirable, especially within corporate or consultancy environments.
