Job Overview

Scott Care Ltd is expanding its team in the Swale area, including Sittingbourne and the Isle of Sheppey. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. No previous experience is required.

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Additional: Bank holiday rate + mileage paid
Eligibility: UK applicants only (overseas applications not accepted)

Job Responsibilities

• Carrying out assessments in service users’ homes

• Supporting clients with social and physical activities

• Assisting with appointments (booking and accompanying)

• Providing personal care, including showering and dressing

• Helping with eating and drinking

Role Requirements

• A caring attitude

• Ability to work independently

• Good listening and communication skills

• Ability to follow policies and procedures

• Writing skills for documentation

• A smart mobile phone (to access work apps)
