Essential Qualifications and Candidate Profile
Minimum Experience Required

At least 2 years of professional care experience, including a minimum of 1 year working within the UK care sector, either in a care home or domiciliary care setting.

Location and Commute
Candidates must reside within a 45-minute commute of Laverstock Care Centre, Salisbury, to ensure reliable attendance and prompt response to shift requirements.
