The Role

As the founding Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product requirements for Flux’s OTPUs.

You will be responsible for end-to-end product strategy in the fast-evolving domain of AI inference and training, directly influencing the deployment of OTPUs for real-world customer workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap

• Evaluate emerging AI research and trends to maximize OTPU potential

• Collaborate with optics, electronics, and software teams to translate requirements into deliverables

• Conduct market research to analyze competitors and customer pain points

• Refine product features, positioning, and messaging

• Define and track success metrics such as performance benchmarks, usage, and revenue

• Align hardware/software development with customer needs

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of Product Management experience (ideally in deep tech or AI/HPC infrastructure)

• 2+ years of Engineering experience

• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML frameworks and hardware acceleration

• Experience owning product roadmaps from concept to launch

• Market research and analysis skills, with the ability to identify opportunities

• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Data-driven approach with both quantitative and qualitative metrics

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or similar — or equivalent practical experience
