As a Hotel Services Manager, you will oversee multiple teams, including Catering and Housekeeping, aiming to consistently exceed customer expectations. You will provide feedback to Senior Managers on how to grow and retain teams and ensure every patient visiting our premises receives positive experiences, with a team-first focus.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage teams and HR processes effectively

• Take responsibility for Hotel Services budgets

• Ensure smooth site operations through corporate contracts and external contractors

• Support professional and personal development of managers and supervisors

• Assist with audits, inspections, and executive rounding across Hotel Services

• Manage patient satisfaction results and develop action plans with stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• Strong management and leadership skills

• Experience working in a 5-star environment

• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures

• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

• Effective time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Outstanding organizational skills
