Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems

Review and verify source documents for accuracy and completeness

Identify and correct data entry errors; report inconsistencies

Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times

Prepare and sort documents for data entry

Generate standard reports as requested by supervisors or departments

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely data entry and processing

Assist in developing and maintaining efficient data management systems and processes
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

1+ years of experience in data entry or a similar role

Fast and accurate typing (minimum 50 WPM preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Experience with data entry software or ERP systems is a plus
