Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed

• Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities

• Maintain accurate records of care and any changes in residents’ conditions

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care assistant role is preferred, but training will be provided

• Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written

• Compassionate and genuinely motivated to support others
