Arcus is recruiting a part-time In Store Cleaner for Sainsbury’s Brightlingsea store. The role is permanent, 8 hours per week, at an hourly rate of £12.21.

Shift Pattern
Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week. Arcus offers various shift patterns, including early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, with weekend work available. The shift pattern for this role is:

Sunday: 13:00 to 17:00

Monday – Thursday: Day off

Friday: 06:00 to 10:00

Saturday: Day off
Additional hours may be available through overtime.
Responsibilities
Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for customers. Daily tasks may include:

Operating machinery

Cleaning activities such as mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping

In-store cleaning: toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, oven canopies

Outdoor cleaning: keeping trolley bays clear of leaves and debris

Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Full training will be provided.
What You’ll Need

Previous cleaning experience (beneficial but not essential)

Attention to detail and cleanliness

A positive attitude toward cleaning and customer service

A smartphone with NFC capability to access the Arcus Connect App (required for recording time and attendance)
